DESCRIPCIÓN
Primary endpoints of randomization 1:For the randomized question 1 the cumulative incidence of relapse with involvement of the CNS (CNS-relapse, pCICR) is the primary endpoint. The time to relapse is the time from randomization to the first relapse or the date of last follow-up. Other events will be taken into account as competing events. CNS-relapse is defined as follows:>=5/µl nucleated cells in CSF and morphologically unequivocal evidence of lymphoblastshistologically proven LBL in cases of intracranial mass without evidence of blasts in CSF Primary endpoints of randomization 2For the randomized question 2 the estimated probability of event-free survival (pEFS) is the primary endpoint. The pEFS is the time from randomization to the first event or date of last follow-up. The following occurrences are defined as an event non-response disease progression/relapse secondary malignancy death from any cause Variables analíticas primarias de aleatorización 1:Para la cuestión aleatorizada 1 la incidencia acumulada de recaída con implicación del SNC (pCICR) es la variable analítica primaria. El tiempo de recaída es el tiempo desde la aleatorización hasta la primera recaída o la fecha del último seguimiento. Otros eventos serán tenidos en cuenta como eventos competitivos. Recaída de SNC definido como:>=5/µl células nucleadas en LCR y morfológicamente evidencia inequívoca de linfoblastosLBL probado histológicamente en casos de masa intracraneal sin evidencia de blastos en LCR Variables analíticas primarias de la aleatorización 2:Para la cuestión aleatorizada 2 la probabilidad estimada de supervivencia libre de eventos (pSLE) es la variable primaria. La pSLE es el tiempo desde la aleatorización hasta el primer evento o fecha del último seguimiento. Los siguientes acontecimientos son definidos como un evento:no-respuestaprogresión/recaída de la enfermedadmalignidad secundariamuerte por cualquier causa
